At Lovaape, we pour our heart into every shirt we make – from choosing the fabric, to printing the design, to packing it with care. We want you to feel that same excitement when you open your package. But we also know that sometimes, things don’t turn out quite the way you hoped.

If your shirt isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ve got your back. Our return and refund process is simple, fair, and designed to get you smiling again as quickly as possible.

1. Return Timeframe

We understand that sometimes you need a little time to decide if your shirt is the one. That’s why we give you a generous 90-day window from the day your package is marked as “delivered” to request a return or exchange.

This means:

  • Day 1 starts from the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking system—not the order date.

  • You can return your shirt for any eligible reason within this period, as long as it meets the conditions listed in Section 4.

If you’re close to the 90-day limit, we still encourage you to reach out. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can help.

2. When It’s Our Fault

We take quality seriously. Every shirt goes through careful inspection before it leaves our hands, but if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Situations that count as our fault include:

  • The shirt arrives damaged — torn seams, fraying, faded print, or any other defect caused before or during shipping.

  • The wrong item is sent — incorrect size, color, or design compared to what you ordered.

  • Printing or manufacturing errors — such as misplaced graphics, missing details, or faulty stitching.

What happens next:

  • Cost to you: Absolutely $0. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, so you don’t pay a cent to send it back.

  • Your options:

    1. Replacement: We’ll send you a brand-new shirt in the correct size and design (if it’s still available).

    2. Full refund: We’ll refund 100% of your payment, including your original shipping fee.

3. When You Change Your Mind

Sometimes, a shirt just isn’t the perfect match—and that’s okay. If your shirt is exactly what you ordered but you’d like to return it for personal reasons (wrong fit, different style preference, or you simply changed your mind), here’s how it works:

  • You cover the return shipping cost. We’ll give you the return address, and you choose your preferred shipping service.

  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping so you can follow your package and avoid any issues with lost items.

Refund details:

  • We’ll refund the product price only (excluding the original shipping cost).

  • The shirt must pass our inspection—meaning it’s unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent-free, and still has all tags and original packaging.

4. Return Conditions

To keep our return process fair and consistent for everyone, please make sure your shirt meets these conditions before sending it back:

  • Return request timeframe: Contact us within 90 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition of the shirt:

    • Must be unworn (you can try it on for size, but not wear it for extended periods).

    • Unwashed — washing the shirt counts as use and makes it ineligible for return.

    • No smells, stains, or signs of wear (including deodorant marks, perfume, or smoke odors).

    • No damage — rips, tears, or alterations void eligibility unless caused during delivery.

  • Original packaging and tags must be included. If tags have been removed or packaging discarded, the item may be rejected.

  • Proof of purchase — order number, confirmation email, or receipt.

We can’t process returns that don’t meet these conditions, so if you’re unsure, send us photos first and we’ll confirm before you ship.

5. Items That Can’t Be Returned

We want to be transparent about what falls outside our return policy so there are no surprises. While we always aim to be flexible, there are a few exceptions:

  • Gift Cards — Because they function like cash and are instantly redeemable, they can’t be refunded or exchanged.

  • Final Sale Items — These are deeply discounted, end-of-season, or clearance products marked as “Final Sale.” We can’t accept returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage from our side.

6. How to Return Your Shirt

We’ve made returning a shirt as stress-free as possible. Here’s the step-by-step process:

Step 1 – Request a Return
Send us an email at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your shirt. Please include:

  • Your order number (you’ll find this in your confirmation email).

  • A short explanation of why you’re returning the shirt.

  • Clear photos or a short video if the shirt is damaged, defective, or incorrect—this helps us speed things up for you.

Step 2 – Follow Our Instructions
Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days. We’ll reply with:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if it’s our fault).

  • Clear packing and shipping instructions so your shirt arrives safely back to us.

Step 3 – Pack & Send Your Shirt

  • Use the original box or mailer if you still have it—it’s already the perfect size.

  • Make sure your shirt is folded neatly and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

7. Refunds

We process refunds quickly because we know how important it is to get your money back without delays.

  • Processing Time: Once your shirt arrives at our returns department, we inspect it within up to 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be sent directly back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We don’t issue refunds in store credit unless you specifically request it.

  • Confirmation: We’ll send you an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed, so you’re never left wondering.

8. No Restocking Fees—Ever

We believe in fair returns. If your shirt qualifies under our policy, there are no hidden charges and no restocking fees. You get your refund in full for the product value—simple as that.

9. Order Processing & Delivery for New Purchases

For new orders, we like to move fast so you can wear your new shirt sooner:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: 4–6 business days after processing (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day. Orders after that are processed the next business day.
